Our Process
Take your first step by searching through our list of available properties. When you find something you like, get in touch to arrange a viewing.Having explored the property, we can begin your application process.
After completing an application form, please return it to help@jonnora.co.uk. We'll process the application which usually involves a credit check, and taking up references. We aim to get back to you within 48 hours.Once we have enough information, we'll send you an email offering you the tenancy with useful information including How to rent, Right to rent, and other important property documents.
To finalise the process, we'll need to sign the tenancy agreement, complete the tenancy checklist, and take a copy of your passport (or other forms of accepted ID). Then you'll be handed your new keys.
